Baoxing Steel’s First Ever Exhibition in Pakistan Gained Ground

The month of November will be a special month for our company to reminisce in the upcoming 2025 as the Baoxing exhibition team just came back from their first ever exhibition held in Pakistan a few days ago. And this exhibition turned out to be quite successful in gaining ground in the Pakistan market for Baoxing Steel.
It was the eighth edition of the Pakistan Industrial Expo since 2017, beginning on November 9 2024 at the Lahore Expo Centre, hosting over 130 international companies mostly from China. Organized by Everest International Expo, the three-day event was a crucial platform to showcase the latest advancements across various industries, including CNC machinery, mechanical equipment, industrial components, automotive and motorcycle parts and accessories, hardware tools, construction and decoration, renewable energy, etc.. What is more, the expo saw a wide range of activities, including product launches, technical seminars, and business matchmaking sessions, allowing attendees plenty of opportunities to engage with industry leaders, explore cutting-edge technologies, and form valuable partnerships.
Being a neighboring country of China, Pakistan is located in the South Asian subcontinent and on the northern shore of the Indian Ocean. It is an important transportation hub for maritime transportation. Pakistan has a population of approximately 250 million people and has a large demand for steel. It is commonly known that Pakistan is a country without a very deep and solid industrial foundation and has been relying heavily on Chinese export of metal products over the last decade just like many other Asian countries. This is the most significant reason why we were interested in attending this exhibition even if there were very few businesses from other countries. Our exhibition team dealt with a large number of business inquiries on the spot, with carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel accounting for the majority of the products mentioned. At the end, we managed to exchange contact info with more than 300 local businesses, and many of them expressed willingness to seek assistance from Baoxing Steel to meet their purchase needs. One thing quite impressive about the exhibition was many local businesses were cross-border distributors primarily catering to some foreign markets such as the Middle East and Africa, rather than selling locally. And the majority of them were small business owners with very unstable and ever-changing demands.
Overall speaking, this exhibition has strongly added to Baoxing Steel’s reputation and influence in Pakistan, allowing the company more public exposure in a wide range of industries relying on steel products!
