Application
Steel rebar is primarily used in concrete structural applications. These include floors, walls, pillars, and other projects that involve carrying heavy loads or aren’t supported well enough for just concrete to hold. Beyond these uses, rebar has also developed popularity in more decorative applications such as gates, furnishings, and art.

Carbon Steel Reinforcing Bar (Rebar)
Carbon steel is the most common form of steel rebar (short for reinforcing bar or reinforcing steel). Rebar is commonly used as a tensioning device in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures holding the concrete in compression.
MOREHPB300/HRB335 Reinforcement Rebar
HPB300 grade: The yield strength of steel bars in this grade is 300MPa, with high plasticity and toughness, suitable for general structural reinforcement and stirrups. HRB335 grade: The yield strength of this grade of steel bars is 335MPa, with high strength and good ductility, suitable for general structural reinforcement and stirrups, especially for projects with high strength requirements.
MOREBS 4449: 2005 uses the term 'bar' for ribbed reinforcing steel. The terms 'rod' and 'wire' should be restricted to describe reinforcing steel in coil, or wire in reinforced concrete products.
MOREA615 steel rebar has a rough, blue-grey finish with raised ribs throughout the bar. Designed for use in concrete reinforcement, rebar increases the tensile strength of concrete structures. ASTM A615 is the standard specification for deformed and plain carbon steel bars for concrete reinforcement.
