Carbon Steel
NM550 Steel Plate (NM550 Plate)
NM550 wear-resistant plate is a high-strength and highly wear-resistant steel plate material, widely used in various industrial fields that require significant wear and impact resistance.
NM350 Steel Plate (NM350 Plate)
NM350 steel plate, as a material with excellent wear resistance, provides important guarantees for equipment in mining, construction, metallurgy and other industries. Its excellent performance has been fully verified in practical applications
Class1/3 Galvanized Steel Wire
Galvanized steel wire is a versatile wire that has undergone the chemical process of galvanization. Galvanization involves coating stainless steel wire with a protective, rust-preventive metal, such as zinc. Galvanized wire is strong, rust-resistant and multi-purposeful.
Electro galvanized wire, also known as cold galvanized wire, is a product that gradually coats the metal surface with zinc through unidirectional current in an electroplating tank. The processing involves immersing the steel wire in an electrolyte containing zinc salts and depositing a zinc layer on the surface of the steel wire through the action of an electric current.
Hot dip galvanized wire is processed from high-quality low-carbon steel wire rods, and is produced through processes such as drawing and forming, acid washing and rust removal, high-temperature annealing, hot-dip galvanizing, and cooling. Hot dip galvanized wire has good toughness and elasticity.
Steel grade G10060 (SAE 1006) - low carbon material from which wire rod and round wire are produced in riots or cut rods. Standard: ASTM A510M. Standard specification for general requirements for carbon steel wire rod and round wire.
Steel grade G10080 (SAE 1008) - low carbon material from which wire rod and round wire are produced in riots or cut rods. Standard: ASTM A510M. Standard specification for general requirements for carbon steel wire rod and round wire.
AISI 1018, most often called 1018 steel, stands out as a high-manganese carbon alloy celebrated for its exceptional machinability. Its acceptance of welds yields uniform, hard cases, making it a preferred choice for carburized parts.
A510/A510M Standard Specification for General Requirements for Wire Rods and Coarse Round Wire, Carbon Steel, and Alloy Steel.
Spring steel wire is known for its high yield strength and excellent elasticity, making it ideal for applications that require resilience and flexibility. It is typically made from high-carbon steel or alloy steel, which gives it its unique properties.
Cold Forming is the common term for taking coils of steel wire or cylindrical steel rods and pressing them into a shape with mechanical force (de-forming the material). The manufacturing of cold-formed steel products occurs at room temperature using mechanical pressure known as cold heading and thread rolling.
European standard grades for steel products follow a set naming structure. Each grade starts with a single letter, and is followed by a number. The letter relates to the application and the number relates to the yield strength of the steel. Steel used for reinforcing concrete has the application letter B, and the number 500, which represents a minimum yield strength of 500MPa. The grades for reinforcement steel then have a final letter A, B or C.
