A588 Low Alloy Structural Steel Coil
ASTM A588 is a high strength low-alloy structural steel specification with higher strength and improved atmospheric corrosion resistance. It covers Grade A, Grade B, and Grade K. Grade A, B is the specification for atmospheric corrosion structural steel of High-Strength Low-Alloy, yield strength minimum 50 ksi 345 Mpa.
ASTM A633 is a high-strength / low alloy grade produced in the normalized condition. It is predominantly used in environments where superior notch toughness is needed at low ambient temperatures. Grades are divided into A, C, D, E.
A high-strength, low-alloy, hot-rolled structural steel coil utilized in structural applications where lighter weight and improved formability is critical. Applications include: truck frames, crane booms, and rail car components. Made to Grades 50, 60, 70 and 80, the grade designating the yield strength.
A709 Carbon Structural Steel Coil
The ASTM A709 is the Standard Specification for Structural Steel for Bridges and encompasses carbon, high-strength low-alloy, and quenched and tempered alloy steels used as structural coils in the construction of bridges. It following five grades of A709; 36, 50, 50W, HPS 50W and HPS 70W.
Cold rolled steel is rolled at room temperature and then rolled again below its recrystallization temperature. This process enables better control over finished product shape, thickness, dimensions, and a more consistent finish.
SAE/AISI 4000 Series Alloy Coil 4135/4140/4145
Alloy Steel is a combination of Iron, Carbon, and various other elements like Nickel, Chromium, and Molybdenum. The additional elements make alloy steel unique and enhance the already excellent physical properties like strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance to a new extreme.
DC01/DC02/DC03/DC04/DC05/DC06 Cold Rolled Steel Coil
DC01, DC02, DC03, DC04, DC05, DC06 are steel grades of European standard DIN EN 10130, 10209 and DIN 1623, which are specified cold rolled steel. The grades are classified according to the maximum permissible yield strength.
DC01 cold-rolled steel coil, as a representative of low-carbon steel, is widely favored in the industry for its excellent physical properties and processing performance. It perfectly balances strength and toughness, suitable for structural components with strict strength requirements, and can be flexibly applied in various molding processes
SPCC/SGCC/SPCD/SPCE Cold Rolled Steel Coil
SPCC stands for "Commercial High Quality Cold Rolled Carbon Steel". It is a universal steel that is easy to process and shape. SPCD stands for "Drawing Quality, Cold Rolled Carbon Steel". The quality of this grade of steel is slightly higher than SPCC, providing better control over impurities and composition. Stretching refers to the process of using a stretching mold to shape steel into the desired shape. SPCE stands for "Cold Rolled Commercial Quality". This grade of steel has a higher carbon content than SPCD, making it more difficult to process.
Sphc is a hot-rolled steel plate material mainly used for general processing, forming, and welding processes.
